PFA for barbers, hairdressers, nails and beauty

1The CAEN codes

• 9621: hairdressing and barbering.
• 9622: beauty care and other beauty treatments: manicure, pedicure, cosmetics, make-up.
• If you also sell products in the salon, add a retail code, such as 4775 (cosmetics).

2Where you work

• In your own salon: the salon is registered as the registered office or a place of business.
• In someone else's salon (renting a chair or a room): you need a contract for the space, and the activity is registered there.
• At clients' homes: the activity is registered as carried out at third parties.

3Qualifications and permits

• Have your diploma or qualification certificate ready (barber, hairdresser, nail technician, beautician). It may be requested when registering a PFA.
• The salon must meet health rules. We tell you which approval or notification your premises need.

4The steps

1. Free consultationWe agree on the right legal form, the activities and the registered address.
2. The nameWe check and reserve the name at the Trade Register.
3. The documentsWe prepare everything for a PFA or SRL, with CAEN code 9621 or 9622. You sign once: at the office or from home.
4. The certificateUsually within a few working days of the complete filing.
5. You start tradingWith the registration certificate you open your bank, platform or client accounts.

• ID card
• Proof for the address: title deed or rental agreement. We draft the loan-for-use agreement.
• What you'll do, so we can choose the CAEN codes (at most 5 classes for a PFA)

• Diploma or qualification certificate
