What is written on the website is general information about setting up, changing and closing companies, updated on the date shown on each page. Legislation changes often, so it is no substitute for an analysis of your situation. At the consultation we check exactly what applies in your case.
3Our services
- The consultation is free and does not commit you to anything.
- Before we start, we tell you which documents are needed and how much it costs. We only start work once you agree to the price.
- If you make several changes at the same time, our fee stays the same as for a single change. Fees owed to the Trade Register and other institutions are paid separately, as applicable.
- Services offered through our partners (accounting, registered office, stamps) are provided by those partners, under the arrangement you make directly with them.
4What we need from you
- To give us correct, complete and valid information and documents.
- To sign the documents and pay the fees on time, so the file can be submitted.
- To let us know if anything relevant to the file changes.
5Deadlines and liability
We prepare the documents carefully and follow the file until it is resolved. However, processing times and decisions belong to the Trade Register and the other authorities, not to us. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect documents or information received from the client, or by decisions of the authorities.
6Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied, write to us at remusbaston@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days at most. As a consumer, you can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are heard by the competent courts of Romania, under Romanian law.
