3The steps, from consultation to certificate

- The company nameWe check that the name is available and reserve it at the Trade Register, usually the same or the next day.
- You sign from homeWe email you the documents. You sign them with an electronic signature, or by hand and send them by courier. See how.
- We file the applicationOnline, with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bistrița-Năsăud Tribunal, and we follow it until it is resolved.
- You receive the certificateThe registration certificate with your company's CUI. You can then open the bank account and start trading.
4Good to know for a company in Bistrița-Năsăud County
