Can I register a company in Romania completely online?
Yes. We talk by phone or WhatsApp, email you the documents, you sign from home and we file the application online with the Trade Register. You don't have to go anywhere.
Do I need an electronic signature?
Not necessarily. A qualified electronic signature makes everything faster, but you can also sign by hand and send us the documents by courier.
Can a foreigner open a company in Romania?
Yes. Foreign citizens can be partners and directors of a Romanian SRL. Depending on your citizenship, some documents may need a certified translation or an apostille; we tell you exactly which at the free consultation.
Can I open a company in Romania if I live abroad?
Yes. A qualified electronic signature from any EU provider is valid in Romania. If you don't have one, you can send the signed documents by international courier.
Which Trade Register office handles my application?
The office of the county where the company's registered office will be. It doesn't matter where you live.
How much does it cost?
We tell you our price at the free consultation, before we start. For an SRL you also need share capital of at least 500 lei, which remains the company's money.
